Position: Architectural Designer
Status: Full - Time
Location: Los Angeles, CA / Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
Compensation: DOE
Architectural firm located in Downtown LA looking for a skilled and personable candidate to join our team as an Architectural Designer for multi-family housing projects.

Job Requirements
Ideal candidates will have the following qualites:

At least 4 years experience with architectural design and construction docs

High-quality drawings skills(2D + 3D). B.Arch or M.Arch degree required.

Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is a must.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite(InDesign, Photoshop)

Intermediate knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and details

Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and to work effectively under the pressure

Knowledge of LAC and California State codes and filing process

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Eligible to work in the United States.
Architectural Designer's duty of work

Experience with development of construction documents is our #1 requirement

Contribute in all phases of the design including SD, DD, and CD production

Develop, model, and render creative design concepts
-
Produce client presentations
-
Collaborate with the team on presentation drawings and construction documents
-
Manage client and consultant communications
-
Coordinate with city and consultants throughout the design and permitting process
